Before I applied the generic key, my system also showed that I was running the Enterprise OS edition. My OS was a digital entitlement gift from Microsoft, as was yours. So, everything now displays Windows 10 Pro, latest build. However, there is still a problem somewhere deep in the Registry. Plz see attached KeyFinder report.

Hi letti, If your licence is for Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise is now installed on that laptop, it is not going to activate as your Licence will not cover that. If your employer put Enterprise on that laptop, they must provide you with a means of activating your system Otherwise the only way to activate your system is to backup your data, and clean install Windows 10 Pro.
